Return & Exchange Period: Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Product Condition: The bag must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Nature of Handmade Products: Please note that slight variations in color or natural marks on the leather are signs of genuine leather and handmade craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing Defects: In the event of a clear manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the store will cover all shipping and exchange costs.
Change of Mind: If the customer requests an exchange or return without any product defect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Customized Orders: Bags that have been modified or specially made according to the customer's specific requests or customizations are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is found.
